21 Day Diabetes Beach Walk

Looking forward to spend the next 21 days with my son....

it will be an experience NO money can buy....!!!!!!!

6000km for Diabetes

Aan die wat wonder wat van my geword het....... Ek is vir 'n paar dae tuis weens die feit dat iemand my goed meer nodig gehad het as ek.... Gelukkig is Vrede se polisie op die bol en het my gisteroggend laat weet dat hulle reeds een sak terug het. Weet net nog net nie wat is weg nie... Volgens hulle het hulle inligting ontvang van waar die res is. Wag net om te hoor wat kon hulle uitrig...

Het darem vanaf die 19de Augustus 2011, 1622 km gestap, 202km met 'n fiets in 3 dae afgelê, 800 km met voertuie gereis. 28 skole besoek en met net so oor die 12 000 kids en ongeveer 300 onderwysers gesels...

Sal julle op hoogte hou van my planne sodra ek weer van die SAPD Vrede gehoor het....

PREVENTION OF DIABETES POSTERS !!!

Schools are invited to take part in our

"PREVENT DIABETES"

poster campaign.

Posters must be a size A3 with a 3 cm border. The border must be white in colour with the following info in the border.

1. Name of learner.
2. Name of school.
3. Grade of learner.
4. City or town.
5. Tel of school.

Posters will be used for a World record attempt "POSTER EXHIBITION" on the prevention of Diabetes. 

We need your help to reach our goal.
